The Swedish state owns a large number of important artworks both in Sweden and abroad. Classical portraits of individuals who have been involved in governing Sweden can be found in the Government Offices. Ateljé Catellani has carried out a number of restoration and conservation assignments for the Government Offices over the years. The restoration work on the eighteenth century portrait depicting Count Johan Gabriel Oxenstierna, on the left, is one of them. |
